i’m going to attempt to meet a phoneless friend in penn station tomorrow. the NJT concourse “is a ghetto” so i always chill on the amtrak concourse. this has been a point of confusion when meeting people in the past, though, so i drew my phoneless friend this map. can’t believe i couldn’t find a map of penn station online anywhere.
this map is from memory and “not to scale” … does it seem “right”? i can’t recall if the board with all the track numbers is directly above the escalators or off to the side of them.
drawing a map has been a fun blast from the past. maybe if i can’t find him i can ask someone to make an announcement over the loudspeaker.
